Meet Astra
Astra is a Sekhem Reiki Master Practitioner, having started Reiki in 2002 in the Usui lineage and in 2017 began studying Sekhem Egyptian Reiki. In 2018, Astra travelled to Egypt to further her study in Sekhem. Astra is a holistic health and well-being advocate specialising in trauma and addiction recovery, with a holistic focus on a person-centred, strengths-based approach toward healing. Astra has also studied nursing and clinical nutrition. Astra is a Qigong Foundations teacher accredited with IICT and is a mental health first aider. Astra is bringing her lived experience through Inner Balance Dynamics.
Through Inner Balance Dynamics, my mission is to support people on their healing journey—guiding them from survival into a life of thriving, where authentic self-expression lights up their soul and ignites their heart.
